This 40 hour course is designed for forensic professionals and law enforcement officers with intermediate to expert experience. During lecture and practical exercises students will learn to identify, document and analyze bloodstain patterns. Topics include fluid dynamics, limitations of BSP, pattern recognition, impact angle calculations, area of convergence and much more.

Advanced bloodstain pattern analysis

This 40 hour course is designed for forensic professionals and law enforcement officers with intermediate to expert experience. During lecture and practical exercises students will learn analysis and documentation of complex bloodstain, bloodstains on clothing and learn to produce bloodstain pattern reports. Students will also prepare to present bloodstain pattern analysis in court.
