Kelly Ayers, is an instructor for Forza Forensics teaching courses in crime scene investigation. She served as faculty member in the West Virginia University Department of Forensic and Investigative Science as well as Director of the former Forensic Science Academy for Professionals. Kelly has additional instructional experience having been a continuing education curriculum developer and instructor for the WVU Forensic Science Initiative funded by the National Institute of Justice. During her time at WVU, Kelly has also presented overseas in China and for the Jordanian Judiciary in Amman, Jordan. Additional presentations have been given for attorneys to include the National Association of Attorneys General. Before coming back home to West Virginia, Kelly was a Forensic Services Technician III for the Asheville, North Carolina Police Department, responding to crime scenes ranging from simple property damage to multiple homicides. Kelly is also the Division Representative for the International Association for Identification.
